Food culture in a chocolate bar. Fossa Chocolate is a small bean-to-bar chocolate manufacturer located in Singapore. An idea born out of a passion for chocolate and making things from scratch, they source fine cacao from around the world, and sort, roast, crack, winnow, grind, conch, and temper small batches of cacao and package each chocolate bar by hand. The process is time consuming but rewarding, and the taste is to die for.
