Feel Your Feelings Print

By visually identifying and labeling their emotions, children learn to give voice to their inner worlds. Midland co-owner and artist, Kelly Harris created the Feel Your Feelings print as an artful tool to help children (and adults alike) explore, understand, and express their feelings. Encouraging conversation about feelings not only enhances empathy and compassion, it empowers us to connect to our inner landscape and allows us to sit with what is asking to be seen.
