Wonder Valley Olive Oil is buttery, herbaceous, fruitful and grassy. It was made from a special blend of Taggiasca, Mission, Barouni and Arbequina olives and certified Extra Virgin grade by the California Olive Oil Council. The olives are hand-picked young, yielding a greener oil full of polyphenols—the powerful fountain of youth-like antioxidant. Harvested November 2020.
