Valerie Confections preserves are all made by hand in small batches, using exceptional fruit sourced from our local Farmers' Markets. They are all made with no artificial ingredients, and have a softer set than most commercial jam, with a goal of truly preserving the flavor of the fruit. The flavors are delicious and very versatile - great on toast, with charcuterie, or as a dessert topping.
